As each product differs from each other, we aim to minimize the differences.☁ All our products are handcrafted with love and care and we try to minimize any flaws. Some flaws are unavoidable such as small air bubbles, etc.☁ We are not accountable for late or unsuccessful deliveries. If a shipment fails to deliver, new shipping will be arranged and an extra charge will be required.REFUND POLICIES
Payment
- Refund will only be given 40% of the total payment if you backout after 24 hours upon payment confirmation.
- If the buyer cancels their order within 24 hours after payment confirmation, 90% refund will be given. 100% refund will be given if the buyer has a solid reason upon cancellation and the seller agrees to it.Products
- Refunds up to 70% will be given only if there is proof that the product’s defects originated from the seller with substantial evidence such as photos and videos of the product’s defect.
- Refund requests will only be entertained within the first 72 hours (3 days) upon arrival.Shipping
- Refunds up to 20% will be given if the products are damaged during the shipment process with substantial evidence such as photos and videos of the product’s defect upon arrival.
